Shipping & Return Policy

IMPORTANT:

Please double-check all information — especially your shipping address — before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it is very difficult for us to make changes. All candles are shipped within 5-8 days of placement of order. 

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and notify us within 7 days if there is any significant damage from transit. Include photos of the damage and email us at contact@hikeihome.com.

We strive to make your Hi-Kei Home experience smooth and delightful — from the moment you place your order to the moment you unbox it. If we could personally deliver each order ourselves, we would. But once a package leaves our hands, we unfortunately have little control over how it's handled by the carrier.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our items, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

However, if your order was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace or refund the item — just email us photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

You may return unused products within 10 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: we do not accept exchanges at this time.


TO INITIATE A RETURN:

  • Email contact@hikeihome.com within 10 days of your order with your return request and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you the correct return address and a Return Authorization Number.
    Please do not send your return to the address listed on your shipping label.
  • Reuse the original packaging (bubble wrap and paper) or something similarly protective. Candles must be packed securely to avoid damage during the return shipment.
  • Be sure to save your tracking information.
